Approximate times are thus:
Depart: May 19th 7:00am from SMF, arrive ELP at 12:30pm
Return: May 23rd 3:25:pm from TUS, arrive SMF at 6:45pm
She's flying Southwest.
I spoke to her before booking the flight and she is still wanting to "plan for all of us getting together in the summer". I asked her if she had any ideas and she paused... then mentioned Mexico?
With Mom's travel set, everyone else should be able to start planning their travel. we can also decide on a lodging and book it.
